Terrance (Wally) Frederick Merrick
September 7, 1955 - December 9, 2022
It is with great sadness that our family shares the loss of our much-loved brother Terrance Frederick Merrick. He left us all to grieve.
Wally was born in Powell River. He was predeceased by his father Fredrick Merrick, mother Patrica Brown and stepfather Norm Brown.
Wally enjoyed years of logging, then went on to drive the HandyDART bus, and later the school bus. He will leave a large hole in many people's hearts.
Wally leaves to mourn James Mayers (Uncle Bud), his brothers Wayne Egeland, Rob Merrick and Gary (Tina) Merrick; sisters Lynda (Ian) Hunter, and Susan (Ian) Walmsley; stepson Brandon (Daniell) Commons; two grandsons; and many nieces and nephews. He also leaves behind his second loving family, the Commons family.
