Richard McCormick Obituary

Peacefully and surrounded by family, Richard McCormick, Sr. of York, Ontario passed away on June 5, 2021, in his 75th year. He is reunited with his parents Wilfred and Hazel McCormick and his son, Anthony Munro. He leaves behind his loving partner, Marjorie Acuesta, and children, Michelle (Mike Scime), Richard (Lilia McCormick) and Rachelle (Bob Timson). Grandpa to Katelyn, Maddie, Grace, Meg, Reyvin, Olivia, Sevryn and Avery. Richard was a retired Ironworker with Local 736 and a member of the Hamilton Pigeon Club. A special thank you to the staff of St. Joseph's Hospital and Juravinski Cancer Centre, HNHB LHIN, the Stedman Hospice Team and Dr. Gunning. A private celebration of life will follow. If so desired, donations can be made to the Juravinski Cancer Centre.
