Arthur and Margaret bought my parents' farm (which had also been my grandparents' farm before that) in 1959. It pleased my parents to see a young couple whom they knew take it over. I always so appreciated how beautifully kept it always was when I would pass by when I was in the Townships.

I have many happy & crazy memories with my Uncle Arthur.
I loved the toast & maple syrup snacks; our snowmobile adventures when I was off school from Champlain, which led to some pretty long tales; bbq´s & baseball games; walking through the fields ...
He always called me `Yinda´, which drove me nuts when I was younger, but is something I treasure now.
He will be missed but thought of often with much love.

I loved every minute I got to be in Uncle Arthur´s company.
Grateful for all the fun times on the farm, snowmobiling, cookouts in the woods in the winter, gathering sap for maple syrup, playing cards bug your neighbour, sharing toast & tea & syrup, looking for four leaf clovers, piling wood, family barbecues, It´s endless memories of fun.
