Donald DOUILLARD
1940 - 2025
At the CHUS-Fleurimont Hospital, on April 9, 2025, Mr. Donald Douillard passed away at the age of 84. He was the son of the late Arthur Douillard and the late Viola Stanhope.
Mr. Douillard leaves to mourn his children Daniel, Susie, Linda, Rita, Catherine and Jean-François; his grandchildren; his great-grandchildren; as well as his siblings Marion, Bernard, Sue, Barbara, and Sandra. He was predeceased by his siblings Lorn, Margaret, Karen, Betty and Helen.
The family extends their heartfelt thanks to Dr. McGovern of CHUS-Fleurimont for his dedicated care, which allowed Mr. Douillard to extend his life by eight years.
The family will receive relatives and friends at the Centre funéraire Coopératif de la région de Coaticook, 284 Child St., Coaticook, QC, J1A 2B7, on Saturday, May 3, 2025, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to the Lung Cancer Research Society, 625 President-Kennedy Avenue, Montreal, Quebec, H3A 3S5.
