John Ingram Obituary

John Edward INGRAM
1952 - 2026

Peacefully, at home in Brossard, on February 10, 2026, at the age of 73. Son of the late Edward Ingram and Yvette Laramée.
Survived by his loving wife Nancy Munroe; cherished children Alison and Andrew (Lyndsey Foster); nieces and nephew Lynda Johnson (Daniel Robert), Steven Johnson (Manon Langevin), Jennifer Johnson (Gilles Girard), Susan Ingram (late Yvan Gagné) and Cathy Ingram; as well as many great-nieces and nephews. Predeceased by sisters Kathleen (Eric Johnson) and Frances, and brothers George (Rosette Lessard) and James.
John's sudden passing leaves a void in the lives of many.
John grew up in Granby but moved to Brossard in 1980, working for Burlington Industries, LaGran Canada, and later branching out on his own with JAN Fabrics. He was an avid hockey player, and a true sports lover.
The family will receive condolences at LES RÉSIDENCES ET JARDINS FUNÉRAIRES BESSETTE DE GRANBY, Saturday, February 21, 2026, from 9 a.m., followed by a celebration of life at 11:30 a.m. in the chapel.
John's favourite colour was red, so please wear a touch of red and think of him fondly. Private interment will take place in Granby in the spring.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Fondation de l'Hôpital Charles-Lemoyne (https://fhclm.ca/en/) would be greatly appreciated.
