Lois Marion (Cooke) LENEY
1934 - 2024
Lois (Cooke) Leney, wife of the late Bernard Leney, passed away peacefully on September 27, 2024, age 89, in Kanata, Ontario.
She is survived by her children Katherine, Judy, Susan and Sandra, and her brother, James.
She leaves to mourn her sisters and brothers-in-law, 11 grandchildren and their spouses, and 11 great- grandchildren.
A private burial service will be held in October.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer's Society of Canada, The Marlington Cemetery (9 Holland Street, Stanstead, Quebec, J0B 3E2), or Dying with Dignity Canada would be greatly appreciated.

Dear Lois´ family,
It was with great sadness to learn of Lois´ passing. We will always remember her as a very special person who was very kind and brought much happiness and joy to our father (Ed) and us. It is a blessing that her suffering has ended and our hope that she is in a better and much happier place now. She will always be fondly remembered.

My condolences to the family. I have many fond memories of Lois and I also lived in Graniteville. Lois was a very caring and generous lady.
