Robert (Bob) JARJOUR
1931 – 2024
Bob passed away at the Grace Village retirement community, Sherbrooke, QC, on Saturday, December 7, 2024, at the age of 93.
Bob was a longtime employee of Ingersoll Rand and an avid skier and golfer.
He was predeceased by his parents the late Carim Jarjour and the late Rose Elizabeth Zacour, his brothers the late Victor Sr. and the late Clifford and his sister the late Selma (Sally).
He is survived by his niece Elizabeth (Betty) Durocher (Paul) and her family, his nephew Victor Jr. (Joy) and his family; cousins Karen (David Carter), Lynne (Rob Zdancewicz), Nancy (Art Szabo) and George Jarjour (Michele) and their families.
Consistent with Bob's wishes, a celebration will be held at the Steve L. Elkas Funeral Home, 4230 Bertrand-Fabi, Street, Sherbrooke, QC in May 2025, time and date to be announced at a later date.
As a memorial tribute, donations to the Grace Village Care Foundation, 1515 Pleasant View, Sherbrooke, QC, J1M 0C6, www.gracevillage.ca/donations.
His family expresses its deepest gratitude to the staff of Grace Village and Dr. Robert Frazer for their extraordinary care and assistance.
