Wanda McKenna Obituary

It is with heavy hearts that we ­announce the passing of Wanda McKenna on November 22, 2017.  She is survived by her loving husband Gerry, sister Attrude, children Ron (Ann), Cheryl (Rob), Mike (Karen), six special grandchildren (Jake, Conor, Rachel, Brian, Adam and Ian), sisters-in-law Pat (Gene) and Christine, ­several nieces and nephews and ­special friends Grace and Sandra. Predeceased by brother Stanley Jay and mother Winnifred Hudson Hawes.
 
Family will receive condolences at Alexandre Nicole Complexe ­Funer­aire  (96 boul. St-Jean-Baptiste, Chateauguay) on Saturday, December 16 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., a ­service will follow at 1 p.m.  

In lieu of flowers, donations to Cedars Cancer Foundation (www.cedars.ca) would be greatly ­appreciated by the family.

To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.

I will always remember the love she offered anyone who came into her home and people she was around. Many great memories when I was a kid hanging out with Mike, spending a few weeks at Brighton Lake and how Mrs. McKenna just took care of everyone around. My condolences to the entire McKenna family.
