Amber Synnott Memoriam
In Memory of My Sister, My Friend
Amber Lee Synnott
June 1, 1976 - September 13, 1992
30 years have gone by since the accident, yet I can still remember everything like it was yesterday. There is not a day that goes by that I don't think of Amber. Not only was she my sister, she was my friend. The day that I found out she was gone, a piece of me died along with her. Although time has helped heal and lessen the pain, there is nothing that I would not do to be able to spend just one more day with her, to allow my mom to hug her just one more time, to allow her friends to be able to hang out with her just one more day. I truly hope that she was waiting to greet my dad "up there" so he could be more at peace. There is absolutely no doubt in my mind that Amber has looked down upon Raine, Lola and I, as our own guardian angel.
I won't stop believing that someday, somewhere, we will meet again!
