Peacefully at home in Barrie surrounded by her family on Friday, June 25, 2021 at the age of 83. Dear daughter of the late Sherman and Minerva Richardson. Loving wife of the late Elmer Milligan. Former wife of the late Andy Knelsen. Loving mother of Wayne (Colleen), Dale, Karl (Christina), Kim (Blaine), Keith (Cathy), Mike (Nola) and Neil (Brenda). Cherished by her grandchildren Eric, Luke, Kari, Laurie, Melissa, Jennifer, Aaron, Andrew, Ryan, Sean, Brendan, Mitchell and Casey. Predeceased by grandson Chris. Proud grandmother to 17 great-grandchildren and one great-great-granddaughter. Remembered by her sister Eunice. Predeceased by her brothers and sisters; Jim, Jean, Irene, Bernice, Sherman, Donald and Kathleen. Fondly remembered by Sheila and Patty. Also remembered by her many nieces, nephews and extended family. Special thank you to Nurse Oksana, PSW Sharon and Dr. Morris. Cremation arrangements entrusted to the Torrance Funeral Home.
