GOGARTY, Bernard (Barney) Joseph Passed away peacefully at home in Atherley on Thursday, October 31, 2019 at the age of 91. Bernard, beloved husband of Mary (nee Lanigan) for 56 years. Loving father of Brian (Ellen) of Atherley. Proud grandfather of Markham and Mariana. Dear brother of Noel, Annette, Maureen, Kathleen, Dennis and the late Fred, Joe and Sheila. Loved uncle and great-uncle of many nieces and nephews in Canada, Ireland, England, New Zealand and Australia. Bernard loved his family and the wonderful times they spent together. Visitation will be held at the Mundell Funeral Home, 79 West St. N., Orillia on Sunday, November 3, 2019 from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 p.m. Parish Prayers will be held in the Parlour on Sunday evening at 6:45 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Columbkille's Church, Uptergrove on Monday, November 4, 2019 at 11 a.m. Interment to follow at St. Columbkille's Cemetery, Uptergrove.
