Berta Hedderly Obituary
July 26, 1927 - January 28, 2023
Passed away at the RVRHC with her family by her side on January 28, 2023. A wonderful and loving person, she will be greatly missed. Born on a farm near Graz, Austria, she moved to Switzerland and then England where she met and married, finally arriving in Canada in 1965. Predeceased by her spouse Ronald (1999). Remembered always by her children David (Barbara), Philip, Peter (Jennifer), and Andrew; grandchildren Derryl (Stacey), William (Michelle), Kaitlyn (Emerson), Kristopher (Heather), Melissa (Liam), and Nicolas (Alex); and great-grandchildren Kiernan, Shane, Lucas, Eleanor, and Sophia. Will also be missed by remaining siblings, nieces, and nephews. As per her wishes, cremation and a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. In memory of Berta donations may be made to a Charity of Your Choice.
