Don was predeceased by his parents Bruce and Laura, his brother Douglas, his sister Edith and Don and Janice's beloved canine companion, Sadie. Don will also be dearly missed by many nieces, nephews and friends. All who knew Don will remember him for his quiet and gentle manner, warm heart and unconditional love. The world is a better place because of him. Don's family extends their sincere appreciation to the staff of Hillcrest Village for the care they provided over the past 14 months, and to Dr. Sean Blundell and the compassionate nursing staff at the Georgian Bay General Hospital who cared for Don during his final days. A private family service will take place at a later date. Messages of condolence will be received by leclaircremationcentre.com.
