Eleanor Brankley Obituary
Passed away peacefully at Oak Terrace Long-Term Care in Orillia on Monday, December 20, 2021 at the age of 103, faithful wife of the late John Darwin Brankley. Eleanor will be dearly missed by her daughter Bernice Hannen (Donald) and is predeceased by her daughter Darlene Hammet. Cherished grandmother of Kimberley Beales, Gregory Stoddart (Chantelle), Brian Hannen, Michael Hannen and Richard Hannen (Darlene). Great-grandmother to Andrew, David, Shawn, Michelle, Kyle, Jennifer, Taylor, Lauren, Adam and Cole. Great-great-grandmother to Miah and Allyia. Eleanor also held a special place in her heart for Kathy, Lynn, Michele and Ramona. The family would like to offer a very sincere thank you to all the wonderful staff at Oak Terrace for their excellent care and compassion. Cremation has taken place. A celebration of Eleanor's life will be held at a later date. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to the charity of your choice through the Simcoe Funeral Home, 38 James St E, Orillia (705) 327-0221.
