Fred Westecott Obituary
Beloved husband of 59 years to Lenore Westecott (nee Colgan). Loved father of Marty (Kathy) and Dwight. Loving papa of Lauren Westecott (Will). Dear brother of Gladys Nickerson, Kathy Cockerill, predeceased by Elaine Cox, Robert Westecott, Barb Dolson, Bessie Andrews, Ruth Stewart, Howard Westecott and Ivan Westecott. Dear brother in law of JoAnne Colgan, Vickie Hallman, Elaine Larsen, predeceased by Milford Colgan, Bonnie Burke and Jack Colgan. Fred will be fondly remembered by his extended family and friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Drury Funeral Centre 519 Victoria St. E., Alliston on Saturday, May 28, 2022 from 1 p.m. - 4 p.m.
If so desired memorial donations to Stevenson Memorial Hospital Fdn., would be appreciated.

With heavy hearts we extend our deepest sympathies & condolences for the loss of your beloved spouse, dad, grandpa, Fred.
May the love from cherished memories bring you moments of comfort & soften the grief that surrounds your hearts during this difficult time.
The people we lose don´t really leave us because they live on in our hearts and minds.
May comfort be found in cherished, wonderful memories.
The photo shared is a scene so familiar as I´d often return from work to find Fred who´d drive over on his scooter & would be sharing his plethora of knowledge with Arash.
Fred so lovingly, would provide guidance & oversight on how to fine tune, take care of & fix just about anything. Fred would happily tell us who to contact or recommend the best places to pick up whatever may have been needed.
Many pots of tea brewed to perfection were enjoyed in good company as tea connoisseurs came together, good company & great conversations & more knowledge would be shared.
Fred, you will be dearly missed & we will forever cherish all of these moments shared with you & all the knowledge you so freely imparted.
In loving memory of a life so beautifully lived & a heart so deeply loved, Fred your charismatic smile & genuine warm heart will be missed by all who knew you.
