George WIDAWSKI

WIDAWSKI, George Passed away in his home surrounded by his wife and children on Sunday, February 3, 2019 at the age of 71. Survived by his wife Joy of 46 years, and his children Terri (Pat), Veronica, and Dale. He was a proud Papa to Jordan, Levi, and Lincoln. Predeceased by his parents Mary and Harry Widawski. He was the oldest brother to Les, Eddie, Ricky, and Raymond. Special thanks to Dr. R. El Maraghi and the primary nursing staff, the chemo suite nurses, and clerical, pharmacy, and dietary staff from the Royal Victoria Regional Cancer Centre. Also, the Interventional Radiology department and to Allyson, Registered Nurse from Bayshore Nursing. George always felt that his circle of care was exemplary. Cremation has taken place. Celebration of Life will take place at Bear Creek Golf Club, 8545 Simcoe County Rd 56., Utopia, Ontario on Sunday, February 17, 2019 from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. Memorial donations can be made to RVH Cancer Centre.
