It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved wife, mother, sister and friend Gwen Robinson on Wednesday April 20, 2022, at Campbell House after a lengthy illness at the age of 68. Gwen is survived by her husband of 34 years Jerome and will be remembered as the proud and loving mother of Athena and Jamaal. Born in Collingwood to parents the late Joseph and Marjorie (nee Thompson) Garbutt, Gwen is survived by her brothers Joseph Jr., Richard and David and sisters Marjorie Graham, Beverly Robinson, and Julie Garbutt; predeceased by brothers Frank and Gerald. She will be deeply missed by many nieces, nephews, and friends. A service of remembrance will be held at Fawcett Funeral Home at 1 p.m. on Tuesday April 26, 2022. In lieu of flowers donations to Hospice Georgian Triangle - Campbell House, the Canadian Cancer Society or MS Society may be made in Gwen's memory.
