Followed is a brief letter written by Kayla (eldest daughter) to Jill. Mother dear, After a long battle you closed your eyes for a final time. With dad by your side you passed peacefully on August 23. Mom, thank you for giving me an abundance of memories over my 21 years of life, I am the person I am today because of your wit, spunk and bravery. Thank you for choosing dad to be your husband. He truly is superman. But most importantly thank you for giving me Paige. Without you I would not have a little sister to share the world with. Having a parent with multiple sclerosis (MS) is something I would never wish upon someone, over the years we watched as you faced the ravages of MS and now you may finally rest. You never let anyone take a photo of you, always finding yourself behind the camera and out of the spotlight. Your little quirks are the ones we will remember, alongside your smile we choose to remember you as the mother who gave her children everything and supported her husband in every aspect of his being. Mom, l loved you more than I said. Paige, dad and I will continue your legacy, forever missed Mother dear rest in peace. For those who are willing and able, we ask that donations be made to the MS Society in Jill Nobes's name. Jill's celebration of life will be held at 2pm on September 17th at St Paul's Anglican Church-Innisfil.
