Kevin PEARCE Obituary
With immense sadness we share the passing of Kevin, our husband, father, brother, uncle, and friend who passed away peacefully on Thursday, February 16, 2023, in Collingwood General and Marine Hospital.
He is survived by his loving wife of 35 years, Debbie (nee Main), his son Mike (aka Boomer), daughter Kristin (Fraser Boucher), brothers Jason and Jack Pearce, fur-baby Molly, and brother-in-law, Robert Main. Predeceased by his parents Charles and Hazel Pearce and brother Derrick.
First and foremost, Kevin was a family man. He served as a Metropolitan Toronto Police Officer for 33 years in various capacities - uniform, plain clothes, fraud and homicide Divisions. Kevin received numerous awards for his bravery and life-saving actions during his years of service. At the young age of 52, Kevin retired to enjoy spending more time with family, and of course, to golf. Those who knew Kevin, appreciate how much it meant to him to see Mike excel at a sport they both love.
For over 25 years, Kevin was a dedicated committee member with the Magic of Metals, Children's Wish Foundation. Recently, Kevin was proud to help Mike and Kristin daily at their company as Purchasing Manager. He also worked part-time with Ace Cabs and was thankful for the many friends made in our communities.
As we mourn the loss of this incredible man, we were blessed to know and love, we are comforted in remembering his smile, his laugh, and the way he made us feel.
A celebration of life will be held at Blue Mountain Golf and Country Club on March 5, 2023, 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. with memories at 2:00 p.m.
As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made in Kevin's memory to the Children's Wish Foundation (a charity near and dear to Kevin) or the Collingwood General & Marine Hospital.

Roberts sister, the White family and Pearce Family grew up together, went to school together and have great memories. Robert and Derrick were best friends since grade school. We send you all, love and prayers and that your wonderful memories of Kevin´s compassion and support, for so many others and amazing Charities, will live on in many peoples hearts.
