Passed away peacefully at his home in Elmvale Saturday, November 27, 2021 in his 80th year. Robert Allan Ritchie of Elmvale, dearest husband of Joanne Ritchie (Madill). Pre-deceased by his wife Clara Anne
(Graham). Dear father of Allan (Jennifer) Ritchie, Sherry (Tony) Savage, Anne (John) Nahuis and Penny Foster. Loving grandfather of Amanda (Pat), Tom (Laura), Tracy (Travis), Katie (Scott), Madison, Joey, Sarah (Alex), Billy (Becca) Danny, Bobby and Nicholas. Great grandfather of Kyle, Andrew, Laura, Claire, Brier, Kinsley, Logan, Jade, Calvin, Harper, Taylor, Nixon, Nash, Maitland & Wyatt. Stepfather of Paula Madill & (Chris), Darryl Madill (Jennylynn). Beloved son of Allan James Ritchie & Gladys (Kidd) brother of Herb (June) Ritchie, Mary & the late Pat Stone, Sandra & (Ray) McElwain, Bonnie & (Rod) Marsden, Bev & (Herb) Farrell, Jan Ritchie, Cathy & (Stu) Kerr. Founder and proud owner of Robert Ritchie Forest Products for 38 years. Bob will be missed by many friends and extended family. A visitation will be held at the Lynn-Stone Funeral Home in Elmvale from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. on Tuesday, November 30th, and 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. on Wednesday, December 1st. Masks and Proof of vaccination will be required. A private funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 2, 2021. You may view the service on Youtube starting at 1:55 p.m., Search: Lynn-Stone Funeral Home. Burial at the Elmvale Cemetery following the service. Memorial Donations to The Elmvale Foodbank, Elmvale Presbyterian Church or Save our Water Legal Fund Campaign or the charity of your choice would be appreciated.
