Gordon Alexander Tchir

On March 29, 2015, Gordon Alexander Tchir passed away unexpectedly at the age of 82 years. He is lovingly remembered by those who survive him: Marjorie, his wife of 55 years; daughter, Debbie (Gerald); son, Dale (Allison); grandchildren, Rosanna (Tyson), Mallory (Jamie), Waylon (Danica), KC, Dean (Lacy), Evan; 5 great-grandchildren, Jonathon, Jeanette, Brodie, Shayea and Isabelle; four sisters, Doris, Ellen (Darryl), Marie and Bette. Gordon was predeceased by his parents, Karp and Anna Tchir; sister Katherine; brothers-in-law, James Deehan, Harry Buoy and Marvin Stephanyshyn. He was also predeceased by his in-laws, Sidori and Julia Zavaduk; sister-in-law, Olga Filewich; and brother-in-law, Wally Zavaduk. A Funeral Service was held April 4, 2015 at Connelly-McKinley, Edmonton, AB, followed by cremation. If desired, donations in Gordon's memory can be sent to STARS.
