CHOUINARD, JEAN
On Saturday, December 2, 2017 Mr. Jean Chouinard of Sherwood Park passed away peacefully at the age of 71.
He will be lovingly remembered by his daughter Betty Friesen, his seven Grandchildren; Tay-Lynn (Frank), Chantel (Cody), Ben, Leal, Gabrielle, Brendan (Madison), Dartagnan, and eight Great Grandchildren; Corbin, Paetyn, Kyra, Kayla, Kirsten, Pheonix and Westyn, his two brothers and one sister; Maurice (Debbie), Diane (Jim), and Denis. He was predeceased by his parents Cyril and Georgette, son Bernie, brother Armand and sister Annette.
Memorial donations may be made to Stars Ambulance, www.stars.ca 1-855-516-4848 or the charity of one's choice as expressions of sympathy.
As per Jean's request no funeral service will take place. His wish to donate his body to science was not possible, however would like others to contemplate this option as well as organ donation.
