Duane FRAZER Obituary

August 7, 1962 – June 19, 2015
The world lost a beautiful and gentle soul as Duane Lawrence Frazer
passed away with his family by his side.
Duane lived for his family and friends which were the most important
part of his life and leaves behind a beautiful legacy.
Left to forever cherish his memory are his loving wife of 32 years,
Laurie; daughter, Lindsay (Mike) Van Brabant and their children, Olivia,
Khael,Weston and Nora; daughter Jordanne and her fiancé
Brad Simons; son, Drew Frazer; sister Donna (Ray) Bergen.
Duane was predeceased by his brother, Dale Frazer
and mother, Edith Pruden.
Duane's family would like to thank Dr. Basappa (Cross Cancer);
Dr. Voroney (Tom Baker) and their teams as well as Dr. Doug MacIver.
Also, our deepest gratitude and thanks to Dr. Melanie Currie
and all of the Nursing Staff at
Westview Hospice for their compassionate care
for our beloved Husband, Father and Papa.
