It is with sadness that we announce the passing of our mother, Helen.
She was known affectionately as Momsie and known for her heart of gold and beautiful smile.
She will be forever remembered by her companion Steve, daughters Kathy (John) Maksymiec and Sheila (Derrick) DeWindt; grandchildren Michael, Sean and Colby and sister Joanne Wood as well as extended family and friends.
Helen is predeceased by her husband Robert.
In Helen's memory, the family would appreciate donations to be made to the Edmonton Humane Society.
A private family interment will be held at Westlawn Cemetery.

I was very sorry to hear of Momsies passing , I have many memories of her and Im so sorry for your loss Kathy and Sheila. I loved her laugh and she loved laughing . She was hilarious and she sure loved you guys and those grand kids too. She had a big heart and i can only assume that she is content with her Bob now . Thinking of you in this difficult time.
