Ned Franklin Ludwick Jr. ELLOREE - Ned Franklin Ludwick Jr., 62, of 335 Lexington Road, Elloree, SC, passed away Tuesday, July 15, 2014. The family will receive friends on Thursday, July 17, 2014, and Friday, July 18, 2014, from 12:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the residence. Private services will be held at a later date. Ned was born December 25, 1951, a son of the late Ned Franklin Ludwick, Sr. and Blanche Rose Ludwick. He retired from Ford Motor Company in Norfolk, VA, and worked as a truck driver with Encore Boats. He was a Vietnam veteran of the United States Air Force. He is survived by his wife, Rhonda Lee Walton Ludwick of the home; two sons, John Ludwick and Ned F. Ludwick, III; three daughters, Charee Riddick (Burle), Danielle Kelly and Tina Shakallis (Chris); his mother, Blanche Rose Ludwick of Norfolk, VA; and 10 grandchildren.
