Susan SKUBA Obituary
SKUBA, Susan Delores (née Viteychuk)
On September 29, 2013 Susan passed away surrounded by her family at the age of 62.
She will forever be remembered by her loving husband of 42 years Irvine; sons Matthew (Kelly) and Michael (Drue); grandchildren Jacob, Zachary and Autumn; mother, Sanny Viteychuk; sister Connie (Jay) O'Dwyer; mother-in-law Pearl; numerous relatives and friends.
Susan was predeceased by her father Stephen Viteychuk and father-in-law John Skuba.
The family would like to extend their gratitude to the staff on the Palliative Care Unit at Norwood for all of the care and compassion.
A Funeral Mass will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, October 4, 2013 at Holy Family Parish, 75 Poirier Avenue, St. Albert. A private family interment will be held at a later date.
In Susan's memory, donations may be made to Capital Care Norwood, Palliative Care Unit, 10410-111 Avenue, Edmonton, AB, T5G 3A2 or to the Cross Cancer Institute,11560 University Avenue, Edmonton, AB, T6G 1Z2.

I was shocked and greatly saddened when I learned today of Susan's death. We worked together for a number of years at the Stony Plain Health Unit, and each day was brightened by her beautiful smile and charming personality. Gentle thoughts.

I am so saddened to hear of Susan's passing.Although it has been many years since we were in touch, I remember vividly Susan's bright sunny disposition. I always thought that Uncle Steve's and Aunty Sanny's smiles were passed down to Susan to create the most beautiful smile.
I never had the opportunity to meet with her and her husband and children once we were grown and apart; that is a regret to me. My deepest sympathy to the family.

Dear Dr. Skuba, Matt and Mike,
We were greatly saddened to learn about Susan's illness and passing. She was a gracious and classy lady and she will be missed by all who knew her.
Over the years, during my visits to the office, we would share stories about our sons. We both had a Matt and a Mike. She obviously was a loving Mom who was very proud of her boys.
I always enjoyed her company, her sense of humour, and our little chats.

Susan has been a very close friend since teen years. I miss her so much already & can't believe this happened to her. I love her very much & know I will see her again in heaven. She was the sweetest person you could ever meet.
