Barbara McMURTRIE Obituary

Barbara passed away peacefully at Niagara Long Term Care on February 4, 2021 in her 93rd year. She will be missed by her daughters Cynthia (David) Durward and Elaine (Bob) Smart. Loving grandmother to Andrea (Daryle) and Gregory. Great-grandmother to Braedyn and Vaeda. Special aunt to John Schug and Judy (Ed) Smith. Survived by her brothers Donald (Tina) and Joe (Rachel); her sisters Lyndia (Alfie) Patterson and Karen Zuba. Predeceased by James (Jiggs) McMurtrie, her brothers Karl (Sonny), Warren and Paul; her sisters Geraldine Attfield and Sunday Papetti. Honouring Barbara's wishes, cremation has taken place. The family thanks all the staff of Niagara Long Term Care for the excellent care Barbara received during her 9-year residence there.
