Denise Elizabeth Beaudoin

It is with saddened hearts that the Beaudoin family announces the recent passing of Denise Beaudoin on June 7, 2022. Dear wife of 59 years to Roland, beloved mother to Carole (Claude), and Michèle (Scott), and cherished grandmother to her little tweety bird Sarah Daisy. Denise is survived by her two sisters Thérèse and Anne, brother-in-law Donald (Lucie), sisters-in-law Desneiges, Denise, Adeline, and Gail, as well as many nieces and nephews, and great nieces and great nephews. Denise was predeceased by her parents Henri and Albertine Morin, her brothers Daniel and Joseph, her sister Marie, and her dearest friend Lucy MacDonald. Denise was born in Otter Lake, Quebec, and moved to Welland with her parents and siblings in 1945. She enjoyed her work as a legal secretary, retiring from the law office of A.T. Lacavera after 40 years of dedicated service. She enjoyed being away with family and friends at the cabin by the lake, going on nature walks, and spending time with her granddaughter. She loved gardening, sewing, knitting, and crafting. Holidays, especially Christmas, were very special and dear to Denise. Known for her Christmas décor, the "réveillons" she hosted for family were particularly memorable. Her savoury tourtières will be missed by all. Arrangements have been entrusted to Essentials Cremation and Burial Services (905-734-1031). As per her wishes cremation has taken place, and a celebration of life will be held for Denise's immediate family. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate that donations in her memory go towards The Darling Home for Kids, and/or The SickKids Foundation. Denise will be greatly and dearly missed by all who knew her, loved her, and cherished her.
