It is with grateful and heavy hearts, we thank God for the life of our mom, grandmother and great-grandmother Ellen Isabella Bailey Main. Ellen was predeceased by her husbands William Harold Bailey and Harvie Culham Main, her sisters June (Joe) Mahas and Doris (Mickey) Hall and great grandson Warner Biggs. Cherished mother of Kenneth (Virginia) and Linda (James) Biggs. Grandma will be lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Andrew (Victoria) Bailey, Dr. Laurie Corna (Ilario), Christy Bannerman, Michael (Jacquelyn) Biggs and Kelsey (Justin) Leeman and by her great grandchildren Aidan Bailey, Alexander and Vivienne Bailey, Adalyn and Charlotte Corna, Noah and Mason Bannerman, Austin and Warner (deceased) Biggs and Alexis and Callum Leeman. Ellen worked for a number of years as the church secretary at St. Andrew's Presbyterian church in Welland and was very involved in the church as a lay minister, youth group leader and a member of the couples club. She loved to travel the world and was very proud of her Scottish heritage. A private memorial service was held on January 5th in the chapel of the H. L. Cudney Funeral Home with the immediate family in attendance. If desired, memorial donations made to Rapelje Lodge, recreation fund, 277 Plymouth Road, Welland, L3B 6E3 or the Warner Foundation at Toronto Sick Children's Hospital would be appreciated by the family. A special thank you to all of the staff of Rapelje Lodge, house 500, and Dr. Hu for all their continuous care and gentleness during her stay and for making Ellen's final journey peaceful.

My sincere condolences on your loss. I had the pleasure of getting to know Ellen when she and my mother, Eleanor, were living at Seasons. She was a lovely lady and was a very good friend to my Mom. I will always remember her as being a kindred spirit as she and I share the same birthday.
