KOPESCHNY, Erna It is with heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of Erna Kopeschny on November 2, 2018 in her 83rd year. Beloved wife of the late Henry Kopeschny (2013). Loved and devoted mother of Henry Jr. (Barb), John (Rose), Edward (Paula), and the late Richard (Stacey). Loving oma to Jonathan (Ashley), Melanie (Brian), Arthur, Richard, Gillian, Olivia, and great-oma to Carson. Erna is survived by her sisters and brother, Mary Mensch, Helen (Peter) Thiessen, Ernie (Frieda) Neudorf and many nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family. The family would like to thank the doctors and all the nursing staff who took such good care of Erna and her family while in Niagara Health Services care. Visitation at St. Catharines United Mennonite Church, 335 Linwell Rd, St. Catharines on Wednesday, November 7, 2018 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Memorial service at the Church on Thursday, November 8 at 11:00 a.m. If desired, memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
