Esther BONSU

It is with heavy hearts and sadness that we announce the passing of our beautiful mother, on Sunday June 13, 2021 at the Welland Hospital, at the age of 68. Beloved wife of Peter Bonsu. Devoted mother of Kofi, Nana-Kofi, Akwasi, ObaaYaa, and Awura Adwoa. She leaves many fond memories for her brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews and extended family in Ghana and the United States. Esther's quiet and gentle demeanour often disguised a very clever and playful sense of humour. Her smile and musical laugh were known to all who were blessed to be in her company. She was a listening ear, a deep fount of wisdom, tenacious, she always encouraged others to meet all challenges head on, because with God nothing is impossible. But greater than all these which we mentioned; was her dedication to continually point others towards Jesus. She introduced us to her Friend who is closer than a brother, loves us greater than we could possibly imagine and is our Saviour. Her quiet and rooted faith was the foundation of our family. We will always keep her memory with us. Private family services have been held. Memorial donations may be made to ADRA through the St Catharines Seventh Day Adventist Church.
