Family will receive friends on Saturday, April 1, 2023 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., with a Memorial Service at 12:00 p.m., followed by a Celebration of Frank's Life at Pleasantview Funeral Home, 2000 Merrittville Hwy., Thorold. Friends and family will raise a glass, enjoy some food and share warm memories of a man who, above all else, loved to be surrounded by the people he loved.
