Frank Dombek Obituary

It is with heavy hearts that the family announces the passing of Frank Dombek (87) on May 26, 2022, at Health Sciences North. Beloved husband of Dora. Loving father of Stephen (Sandy) and Michael (Heidi). Cherished grandfather of Nicholas, Anthony, Carter, and Alexander. Dearly loved brother of Wanda and the late Carl. Sadly, missed by many nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends. Born in Cobalt, Ontario on August 13, 1934, he was the son of the late Felix and Mary (nee Januszewski). He worked for years at MacMillan Bloedell, and enjoyed many things in life like woodworking, hobby trains, polka music as well as being an avid birdwatcher. His real pride and joy however were his four grandsons whom he treasured most dearly. He never wanted to miss a hockey or baseball game and had so much pleasure watching and cheering them on. In keeping with his wishes, there will be no service or visitation. Scattering of ashes will be held at a later date for family and friends. Arrangements have been entrusted to Ranger's Cremation and Burial Services Ltd. Online condolences can be posted at www.RangersSudbury.com

Dombek family, not a common last name and I do remember Carl and Wanda from when their family lived on Bunting Road in St. Catharines if this is the same family? Condolences to you on the loss of your loved one. May your memories be forever lasting. From a neighbour of years gone by.
