It is with great sadness that the family of Glenn Seburn announce his sudden passing on August 29, 2022, in his 80th year.
Predeceased by his loving wife Nancy (2015). Loving father to Shelley (Andy), Billy (Amy), and Brian. Devoted Papa to Kara (Trevor), Glenn, Alexandra, Jillian, John and great grandfather to Sianna. Predeceased by his parents Gladys and Norris Seburn, and brothers Donald, Ronald, George, John, and Norman.
Glenn will be fondly remembered by his fishing buddy Hank and closest friends, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, nieces & nephews.
Glenn enjoyed a long career in truck driving, and treasured hunting and fishing in his spare time. Glenn was an athlete and avid sports fan. Glenn spent many summers playing and coaching softball. Glenn was a dedicated Habs and Yankees fan, and could always be seen sporting his favourite team's cap. Glenn enjoyed bowling and a good game of golf. There were no shortages of tricks up his sleeve. Glenn was a master of the grill, and famous for his "popeye" dish, passed down from generation to generation. Glenn will be remembered for his kind and gentle demeanor, and contagious smile.
Glenn's Family would like to thank the Doctors and Nurses at the St. Catharines General Hospital, for their care and compassion during a very difficult time.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Passfield Mortuary Services Inc. A Celebration of Life will be held at The Royal Canadian Legion Branch #138 Merritton, Friday, September 9, 2022 from 1:00-4:00 p.m. (upstairs). The Family would encourage you to wear your favourite sports attire, and cheers to the wonderful man that Glenn was.
