James "Jim" RIACH

RIACH, James ""Jim"" Loving husband of Darlene (nee Williams, 2003), and home companion Margaret Bushelle (2015). Step-father of Judy (Arnold), Deb, Pat (Cindy), Cathy (Craig), and Lisa (Terry). Beloved grandfather ""grumps"" of 14, great-grandfather of seven and one on the way (any day). Also survived by sisters Edith Greve, Ruth Lynch, and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his mother Mina Riach (1986) of Trowbridge, and six siblings. Jim enjoyed spending time with family, and with his many pets over the years. He was caring and always was quick to help a neighbour or friend with cutting the lawn, moving, or DD driver. Jim was long time devoted member of the Grantham Lions; and worked as a trucker for DJ Fast and then Cotton Inc. Family and friends are invited to BUTLER FUNERAL HOME , 424 Niagara Street, St. Catharines for a memorial gathering on Monday, December 9, 2019 from 2 - 4 p.m. Cremation has taken place.
