Katharine STRAUB Obituary

Passed away peacefully at the Greater Niagara General Hospital on July 7, 2022. She was born on September 26, 1924 and lived independently in her own home until her hospitalization. She was predeceased by her husband John Stephen Straub after 70 years of marriage. Survived by her son Walter John Straub, daughter Brigitte Straub and husband Michael Hollands, and her sister Maria Hudetz (along with nieces and nephews) who resides in Germany. Many thanks to the doctors, nurses, and complementary staff on Unit C and the Rainbow Room for their care. Family will receive friends at the MORSE & SON FUNERAL HOME, 5917 Main Street, Niagara Falls, on Monday evening from 7-9 p.m. Funeral Liturgy and service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Tuesday morning, 11a.m. Rite of Committal will follow at Fairview Cemetery.
