Lucia Mazzarella

Passed away peacefully at Queenston Place on Saturday October 15, 2022, at the age of 95. Born in Apricena, Foggia, Italy, she immigrated to Canada in the late 1940's. She made Niagara her home and raised her children with strength and grace. Her loving family will never forget the incredible talent she had working with her hands. Her cooking and sewing skills were unparalleled. Her recipes will continue to be cooked with love and enjoyed with her in mind. She was the beloved wife of the late Michele Mazzarella (2008) and dearly loved mother of Marty (Lindy) Mazzarella, Gino (Heike) Mazzarella and Anna (Jeff) Race. Cherished Nonna of Miranda (Carlo) Ingribelli, Larissa (Cameron), Adrian, Annika, Karoline, Mila, Jordan, and Michael. Loving great-grandmother of Mia Ingribelli. Dear sister of Anna. Predeceased by her brothers Gennaro and Antonio and sisters Grazia and Filomena. A private family service with entombment at Fairview Mausoleum has taken place.
