Margaret CRAFTER

Left us peacefully on Saturday, March 25, 2023 at the age of 91. Beloved wife to the late Edward "Ted" (1980). Margaret will be dearly missed by her children Victoria (Taylor) Gamble, Deborah (John) Gamble and the late Eric Crafter (2003). Loving G'MA to Tara (Rob) Gaspich, Kristen Gamble, Stacey Gamble (Aaron Vallis), Dustin Gamble (Leah DeVries), Chelsea Gamble (Scott Stephenson), Dylan Gamble (Sook-yin Lee) and Meghan (Mike) Sears. Cherished Great Granny to Ozrick and Xyla Harkness, Brody and Evan Gaspich, Sloane and Anson Vallis as well as Bryn and Lincoln Sears. Stepmother to the Dakin family; Jim (Lori), John, Linda, Suzie (Harold). Sister to George (Fern) Flagg, Paul (Darlene) Flagg, Dorothy (Gord) Beasley, and Martha (Russ) Flagg. Predeceased by her siblings Annie Grant, Marion (Albert) Costello, and Ben (Dorothy) Flagg. Margaret ran the first kitchen at the legion BR. 613 for many years along with being a girl guide leader. She was a great cook and seamstress making the best Halloween costumes for many generations. She was often the brunt of teasing by everyone in the family, who is your favorite grandchild or son in law was often asked and she would always give a different answer. Mom, G'Ma, Granny will be missed by all. CHEERS G'Ma rest in peace. As per Margaret's request a private family service will be held at a later date.
