Margaret TURNER

Passed away after a short illness at Ina Grafton Gage Village on Thursday, June 24, 2022 at the age of 78. She is predeceased by her husband Anthony 'Tony' (2004). Beloved mother of Katherine (Patrick) Berger and Susan (Robert) McDonald. Cherished grandmother to Christopher, Nicholas, Connor Berger, Teagen and Callum McDonald. Loving sister of Helen (Steve) Haffey and Ann (Brad) St. Pierre. She will be deeply missed by her extended family in England and all her many friends. Margaret was an educator with the Welland County Separate School Board and Niagara Catholic District School Board, retiring in 1999. Her greatest enjoyment in life was spending time with her many friends shopping, travelling, playing bridge and lunching. Together with her husband Tony, enjoyed many winters away in Mexico. Cremation has taken place. Friends are invited to join the family at the PATTERSON FUNERAL HOME, 6062 Main St. Niagara Falls, visiting Tuesday, June 28, 2022 from 4 to 6 p.m. A Funeral Service in celebration of her life will be held at 6 p.m. at the funeral home. In memory of Margaret, donations to The Alzheimer Society Niagara Foundation would be appreciated by her family.
