Mark SHELTON

Passed away peacefully in his sleep and has gone to his heavenly home on Friday, June 24, 2022, at the Greater Niagara General Hospital, in his 80th year. Devoted father of Mark Jr., and stepfather of Tom and Greg Bedard. Fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Predeceased by his brothers Cliff and Wally. Mark was a nine time in a row Drag race champion from 1982-1990, at Dragway Park, Cayuga, Ontario. He was the only person to ever win while driving a pick-up truck (1973 GMC). He was a long-time member of Redeemer Bible Church and was involved with the Awana Program.
The family will receive friends and extended family, at MORSE & SON FUNERAL HOME, 5917 Main Street, Niagara Falls, on Monday, July 4, 2022 from 11 a.m.-1 p.m., with the service at 1 p.m. A private family interment of cremated remains to take place at a later date.
