Do not stand
By my grave, and weep.
I am not there,
I do not sleep-
I am the thousand winds that blow
I am the diamond glints in snow
I am the sunlight on ripened grain,
I am the gentle, autumn rain.
As you awake with morning´s hush,
I am the swift, up-flinging rush
Of quiet birds in circling flight,
I am the day transcending night.
Do not stand
By my grave, and cry-
I am not there,
I did not die.

You climbed on the ladder
With the wind in your sails
You came like a comet
Blazing your trail
Too high
Too far
Too soon
You saw the whole of the moon

I know I'm one of literally hundreds who were gutted to hear the news. At DM, at Billy's, at the Maple Leaf, wherever, five minutes with Scott were enough to dispel whatever garbage I had in my head that day and fit me into the good zone. I've never met anyone with such an ease with people and a rock solid, generous kindness which he gave freely just because you were there. I will miss you and think of you for the rest of my days. But that was the river.

I was privileged to be a small part of Scott's extended London family. Have shared some great evenings with him, played golf with him, but most of all, laughed with him - often!
My prayers & condolences to Scott's family and friends worldwide. We've lost another bright light in a dark world. Rest easy, mate.

I can´t thank you enough for all your friendship and support over the years Scott. You introduced me to my wife. We´re there beside me when we married and was at Nate´s birth along with all the memorable adventures we shared near and far. RIP my brother from another mother xo

Over 30 years ago, a fresh faced, wide eyed traveller from Canada walked into the Maple Leaf pub in London and asked if there was any chance of a job & from that moment onwards , life was to change for so many who had the good fortune to enter Scott's Life. The measure of a man is the amount of friends he has and can count on and I can't think of anybody who had more. You could not dislike Scott. He did not have a bad bone in his body. He embraced life and everybody in it and lived his life to the full. A sport lover, a music lover and a travel lover. The world has lost a fantastic man and those fortunate to say they new him are hurting so much. Taken from us far to early. Our thoughts are with Margaret, Cookie & Peter and all Scott's family at this tragically sad time.

So sorry to hear that Scott has gone to meet the Great Sky Pilot. I remember when Scott started working at the Maple Leaf in Covent Garden back in the late 90's and went on to become it's manager. He never faltered on an order and always put a smile on people's faces. The world has lost a decent chap at to young an age.

I do not have a memory of Scott where he is not laughing and smiling. While I had not had the pleasure of his company for some years, I have fond memories of his continued efforts to engage all of us so we had a great time. This guy could light up a room! My sincerest condolences to his family and dear friends. His memory is a blessing to me and may it continue to be a blessing for others. Rest in peace Scott. You will be missed.

I was so saddened to hear of Scott´s far to soon passing.
Much love to all the Harts and McPhail family. We spent many of our younger years participating in all the Scottish club outings together. He will be missed.
RIP Scott.

Sending sincere condolences to family and friends of Scott. Although I didn´t personally know him, I feel that he was very much his Father´s son. I know that Neil was a fun character and made friends easily, and I have a feeling that Scott had a lot of his Dad in him. Hugs and comforting thoughts to Cookie, Peter, Diann and his many friends at home and abroad.
