Orest "Yoggi" HAVER

Passed away peacefully in his sleep at the St. Catharines General Hospital on Wednesday, September 28, 2022 at the age of 83. Beloved father of Lifranli 'Lei' Haver and Frances Haver. Cherished grandfather of Kalani Haver and former husband of Carmen Haver. Brother of Ellie, Joan and Ernie. He will be fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews and cousins. He is now reunited with his favourite cousin Anne Paterson who was more like a sister to him. Yoggi was a loyal and a very hard worker. It was his hard work that afforded him the ability to travel the world with a particular love for Spain. He was quite the character, feisty yet generous. He viewed life from a black and white lens with no room for grey. He had high standards for himself and expected nothing less from anyone else but did so with a high level of kindness. Friends are invited to join the family at the PATTERSON FUNERAL HOME, 6062 Main St. Niagara Falls, visiting Sunday, October 2, 2022 from 1 to 4 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held Monday October 3, 2022 at 10:30 at the funeral home, followed by cremation.
