McFADYEN, Ronald 'Ron' It is with profound sadness that the family shares the news of the passing of Ron, who was diagnosed with the devastating disease ALS in the summer of 2017. Ron passed peacefully at his residence with his beloved wife Rose Kellner at his side on Thursday, September 12, 2019 at the age of 67. Survived by his loving children Samantha McFadyen (Cory Carter), Michael McFadyen (Lynn Sanderson), Ian Driver (Mary Kraftscik) and his cherished grandchildren Noah, Iowyn, Abigail, Briana and Michelle. He will be fondly remembered by his siblings Dave McFadyen, Susan Augustowitsch (George) and Rob McFadyen (Teresa), his mother-in-law Maria Kellner, sister-in-law and brother-in-law Susie and Steve Moss, nieces and nephews Kristen, Karen, Maxine, Adam, Nicole, Deborah, Brittany, Eric and Rachel. Ron is predeceased by his parents John and Pearl McFadyen, grandson John and sister-in-law Marilyn. Ron lived his final years as he always had, with love, laughter and the grace and dignity that was always 'Ron'. He will live in the hearts of everyone who knew him, forever. Cremation has taken place. Friends are invited to call at the PATTERSON FUNERAL HOME , 6062 Main St., Niagara Falls, visiting Thursday, September 19, 2019 from 6 to 9 p.m. A Funeral Service in celebration of his life will be held on Friday, September 20, 2019 at 11 a.m. at the funeral home.
