Rosina "Rosa" Franco

Passed away at her residence on Saturday, December 18, 2021, at the age of 78. She is reunited with her beloved husband Francesco (2004). Loving mother of Carmella Franco (Bruce Kemsley), Rocco Franco and Tony Franco (Carole Guillemette). She leaves many fond memories for grandchildren Alana Paige Franco, Rayna Jade Franco and Jessa Rosa Marie Franco. She is survived by her siblings Sam Angi (Maria) and Frank Angi (Maria) in Italy, Teresa Fiorenza (Antonio) in Australia and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Rosa leaves many loving memories for all who knew her. The family will receive friends and loved ones at J.J. Patterson & Sons Funeral Residence, 19 Young Street, Welland on Tuesday, December 21, 2021, from 9:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. In keeping with current Covid-19 Provincial Restrictions, capacity is limited within the funeral home. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated in The Parish Community of St. Kevin, Welland, at 12 p.m. No proof of vaccination required. Entombment to follow at Pleasantview Mausoleum. Capacity is limited within the church and Cemetery. Masks and social distancing while waiting to enter are mandatory. If so desired, memorial donations may be made to a charity of one's choice.
