Sandra Darlene BANNAN

It is with heavy hearts that we say goodbye to a wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Beloved wife of Bill for almost 59 years. Eldest child of Jack and Violet McCreedy (predeceased). Loving mother to her children: Mark and Shelley (Calgary), Tim and Tracey (Saskatoon), and Jacqueline and Darren (St. Catharines). Proud Grammy of Ashley and Hen, Krista and Lee (Thunder Bay), Andre, Cassidy and Ryan, Nadine and Drew, Anne and Ben (Calgary). Cherished great-grandmother of Eleina, Nova, Sterling, Lily, Rhea, and Sven. Special sister to Ken (Sue) and aunt of Shauna and Daniel. While working, Sandra also found time to belong to Women's Barber Shop singing group, Beta Sigma Phi Sorority, Lion & Lioness Clubs, and during retirement tried curling and fell in love with it. She will be missed by extended family and friends. Her hearty laugh and kindness to others will never be forgotten. In honouring Sandra's wishes, cremation has taken place. Memorial donations to The Humane Society of Greater Niagara would be appreciated.
