Peacefully, in his 38th year, on July 5th, 1999, after a courageous battle with cancer, at the Toronto Grace Hospital. Derek will be sadly missed by his wife Tracy Hugo and his dog Megan. Beloved son of Dorothy and the late Gordon. Loving brother of Donna (Rick Leeming), Heather (Don Mockford), Cathy (Don Leinbach) and John (Sharon). Uncle to Stephanie, Craig, Lorianne and Miranda. Friends and family may call at the Turner & Porter Butler Chapel, 4933 Dundas Street West, Etobicoke (between Islington and Kipling Avenues), on Wednesday from 6-9 p.m. Funeral Service at All Saints Kingsway Church, 2850 Bloor Street West (north east corner of Bloor and Prince Edward), on Thursday, July 8, 1999 at 1 p.m. Cremation.
