ALFRED NORRIS Obituary
ALFRED ROLAND NORRIS Alfred (Alf) Norris died peacefully on January 1, 2024, at the age of 86. Alf is survived by his wife, Ruth of almost 65 years; children, Janet (Adam), Larry (Susan) and Lynne (Bruce); and grandchildren, Cameron (Jen), Alexander, Gillian, Chloe, Luc, Kaleigh, Connor and Cole; his sisters Sandra (Jack, deceased) and Dianne (Brian, deceased) and his brother Don (Kaaren, deceased). Alf always had a smile and warm greeting for everyone, especially: family, friends, neighbours and co-workers at the CBC – where he worked for 38 years. He was loved by all who knew him. A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 12th at 1:30 p.m. in St. Timothy's Anglican Church, 100 Old Orchard Grove, Toronto. Reception to follow. I am so sorry to hear of Alf passing. He was a wonderful cousin and my dad (Jim Norris) was very fond of him. My condolences to Ruth, his children and their families. I just found out today of his passing and I am very sorry I missed the service.
