Daniel J. Dodson, 38, of Springdale Township, formerly of Plum, died Monday (Nov. 19, 2001) while vacationing in Holland. Born July 18, 1963, in Pittsburgh, he lived in Plum several years before moving to Springdale Township. A 1981 graduate of Plum High School, he was self-employed as part owner of Break-N-Eat, a mobile food service. Mr. Dodson enjoyed traveling and spending time on his computer. Survivors include his parents, Edward J. and Francine Borland Dodson of Plum and two sisters, Jodi L. Dodson of Natrona Heights, Harrison, and Stacey A. Stewart of Plum. Friends and relatives may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday and Tuesday at the BURKET-TRUBY FUNERAL HOME INC., 421 Allegheny Ave., Oakmont, where a blessing service will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday. Officiating will be the Rev. Hugh McCormley of St. Francis of Assisi Roman Catholic Church, Harmar. Burial will follow in Plum Creek Cemetery, Plum. The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the
charity of the donor's choice.
