Peacefully on Sunday, June 4, 2017 at Mt. Sinai Hospital surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband of Norine. Loving father and father- in-law of Lisa Rose and Chuck Thompson, Jonathan Rose and Sue Teeter, Jennifer Rose and Darryl Rosenberg, David Daniels and Kate Alexander, Mark Daniels and Andrea Weissman-Daniels, Robert and Shauna Daniels, Zev and Amy Daniels, and Peter Daniels and Elly Barlin-Daniels. Dear brother of the late Myrna Cohen. Devoted grandfather of Cole, Jake, Sophia, Nicole, Marissa, Madelaine, Jasper, Gregory, Garrett, Cassidy, Marissa, Joshua, Chloe, Aliyah, Mica, Malakai, Olivia, and Lily. Special thanks to his wonderful caregivers Janet, Marlene, Joy and Amy for their unconditional love and attention. A Private Family Service will be held on Tuesday, June 6, 2017.
