Amr NASSAR Obituary

AMR MARK NASSAR November 10, 1962 - January 3, 2021 After a life well lived but far too short, it is with profound sadness we regrettably announce the loss of our dear Mark: beloved son, brother, uncle, friend for so many, who passed away on Sunday, January 3rd. Mark will be remembered for his kindness, tenderness, and love of people. Also, his special love of animals. He was so helpful to others as his last words represent, "I am here for you. Please let me know if there is anything that you need. I love you." Mark was an entrepreneur, always figuring out the next adventure. Tennis, horseback riding, dressage as he was the Eastern Canadian Dressage Champion. Mark was a highly respected luxury real estate broker and problem solver and, of course, modelling, as he was strikingly handsome. His family was his priority! His dear mother Sara and his late father Sami were profoundly important to him. Mark became undeniably close with his loving stepfather Morty. He loved his younger brother Remy and his elder sister Nevine. He also felt love for nephews and nieces, Tarek, Sojie, Zayn, Nicholas, Olivia, Layla and Dalia, along with both his mother's and father's extended family here and abroad. Very importantly, his "forever" friend Simon, as well as countless close friends, including Cindy & Alan, Debra, Brian, Mario, and Edgar. There was always a twinkle in his eye and a bit of mischievousness, but his kindness and tenderness will forever be remembered. May you rest in peace. There will be a private ceremony for immediate family. Mark requested that a family and friend gathering be held to celebrate his life once the Covid restrictions are lifted. In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation in Mark's name to The Waladi Child Education Fund of Toronto canadahelps.org. Condolences may be forwarded through www.humphreymiles.com.

Mark & I knew each other for 42 years. That's alot of time to get to know a person. Mark was magical..
Tenacious... Clever.. He could achieve anything he set his mind on.
Mark could put a stranger at ease within seconds. To say that he was special is an understatement. No man is perfect, but Mark was one of a kind. My thoughts are with Sara, Nevine & the rest of the family.. I share your grief & think of him every minute. Although it seemed that his life was taken early, Mark actually lived as full & rich as anyone could. I will never forget... Always love you, Brian Waters ❤
